My one issue that brings this to 2 stars is that I did the free 30 trial for Whoop and kept it on a monthly plan. When time came to put a card on file, the app gave me a notification so I put a card on file. It then proceeded to charge me $239 for an annual subscription even though my plan was set to $30/month. No way to reverse it, it just automatically billed the card. Thank God I'm good with money but if it was someone else I would be very concerned."

Loved the app a year ago, but I don't like the new version as much. In the old version going back in the calendar and flipping the phone would show that day's heartrate graph, but now it only shows today's graph no matter what. This makes it difficult to add an activity after the fact, and, let's be honest, sometimes we all forget to log it in the moment. The last two days I can't even get the device to connect to the app, even though it's paired to the phone's BT, and I can't update the alarm."

Just got the app. Immediately had two UX pains in the butt. First, it paired with the device before asking me to log into my account. It then tried to pair with the device again. If you're going to do this, just don't pair it until you've logged in. The second was the firmware update. It didn't keep the screen awake. If the screen would turn off, as it does in about a minute, it would cancel. I had to babysit the upgrade touching the screen so that I wouldn't get interrupted. Please fix."
